Discord Community Management for Inery.io

The task was to launch discord moderation and community management from scratch.

We studied the project and discussed all the client’s expectations 

We focus on respectful and informative communication with the users

We provide 24/7 moderation – 2 managers, no time gaps

We added an antispam bot to the discord group in order to ensure safe and comfortable communication

Our community managers increase engagement by giving full, informative and respectful answers to any questions coming to the chat.
